A Good Man

A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth that which is evil - for from the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. Luke 6:45

With it (the tongue) we bless the Lord and Father, and with it, we curse others who are made in God's image. From the same mouth comes blessing and cursing. My brothers and sisters this ought not to be so. James 3:9-10

Speak evil of no man to avoid disputing, be gentle, shewing every courtesy to every man. titus 3:2

To the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure; but even their mind and conscience is full of corruption. titus 1:15

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Philippians 4:8
