 For example, if Jesus had done this, the Devil would not have crucified Jesus. God will use the works of the Devil to accomplish His will.

 JESUS will completely destroy the Devil (which is lived spelled backwards ) when HE comes the second time

The devil has no power Jesus came to earth for a purpose it was to complete the Father's plan He (Jesus) could have stopped his dying on the cross at any time ( Jesus) choose to die the devil did not take His life the devil does not have that power just has he does not have that power over our lives only what we give him.
