chosen by God If you are a Christian, it is becouse God chose you. Jesus told His disciples, "You did not choose Me, but I chose you" (John 15:16). And for each of us who have recived Jesus Christ as our Saviour, we discover that He chose us. This confuses many people becouse they realize that we have the ability to choose, and that is true. But God, who knows all things, knows what we will choose; and He doesn't pick loosers. He picks winners. You may say, "But that isn't fair? What if God didn't choose me?" Have you accepted Jesus Christ? if so, then He chose you. If you haven't accepted Him, do it and you'll find out you were chosen. If you don't want to accept Him, why do you care if you were chosen or not?. Life is an adventure. |

If you don't want to accept Him, why do you care if you were chosen or not? The reason may be that those who are what the bible calls impostors, or false brethren, want to appear righteous to men but their motive for being a Christian is anything but scriptural. Some want salvation but they want it based on their own method and not by Gods provision while others simply want to deceive. Usually for money or power. Isaiah 42:8 " I am the Lord; that is my name! And My glory I will not give to another, nor My praise to graven images."
