A little church in the country
It was amazing to see the action in this little church out in no where land.
First: there were prayer requests: they just kept coming ,many needs.
Second: welcoming visitors f course I was one
third announcements: things going on for women and then oh yea the men we're going to albany!!Iron sharpening iron is going to be the theme. Of course when he said we'll need to stay over night I heard a big uhhhhhh from the women!! I'm sure they'll compromise .Ha ha
fourth: A young single mom speaks about the weekend.The young women got together and ya she said they did a lot of girl things.But the nuts and bolts of the session was that these young women all took the oath to stay pure till they were married. (That was the awesome thought of the day, I thought)
Then this young girl 16 or so came forward and gave her heart to the Lord ,she also committed to stay pure till marriage. It was soo cool!!
fifth: The teaching : prayer for Gods hand of protection around our . How we as parents should trust God that He is working in our childrens life .
six: Then the beautiful black pastor sang a song about God protecting our little ones. Yep!! I cried it was soo beautiful.
seventh: then it was prayer requests one more time and there were many more requests.
This little church in the country with a little cemetery around it had God written all over it.
Thankyou Lord for our and I pray that You will protect them all as we go into another busy week.I pray for this little church that You prosper it Lord.
