BE LIKE CHRIST I am about to go to my spiritual mentor, (I can say) funeral today. My heart is heavy because I was not able to talked with him before the Lord took him home. My heart is heavy because I know it is pride that stopped me from seeing him for the last time and now...it's too late...GOD FORGIVE ME... But when I opened my email, somebody shared with me this verses from Holy Bible that reminds me of my late friends constant reminder to me.... I would like to share it with you...I know you read several times...but we need to be reminded by it sometimes...I believe... BE LIKE CHRIST So if there is any encouragement in Christ, any comfort from love, any participation in the Spirit, any affection and symphaty; complete my joy by being of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind. Do nothing from rivalry or conceit, but in humility count other more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interest, but also to the interest of others. Philippians 2:1-4 ESV Please include me in your prayers in my journey, not just this trip to his funeral but in life...Thanks and have a blessed day in the Lord... In Christ love, Harriette |

Thankyou for sharing these precious words and may your grief be brief as your spiritual mentor is having a big party in Heaven and is face to face with our Lord and Saviour. My condolensces are with his family and friends.
