Most Important ?? U Need to Ask Urself! ??  1.Do u know for sure that u r going to be with God in Heaven?2.If God were to ask u "Why should I let u into my Heaven?" what would u say? If u don't know keep on reading..  How can u know for sure...that u have eternal life & will go to be with God in heaven? These things I have written unto u.. that ye may know that ye have eternal life.."Here's How: The Bible say there are 5 things u need to know about Eternal Life: :01.Heaven Eternal Life is a Free Gift! The bible says, "..the Gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." & because Heaven is a Gift, like any other genuine gift...  It is not Earned or Deserved No amount of personal effort, good Works, or religious deeds can earn a place in heaven for u. "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the Gift of God: NOT OF WORKS, lest any man should boast." Why is that no 1 can earn his way to heaven? Because..... :02.Man Man is a Sinner "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." Sin is transgressing God's law and includes such things as lying, lust, cheating, deceit, anger, evil thoughts, immoral behavoir, and more. & because of this..... Man can't save himself If u wanted to save yourself by good deeds, do U know how good U would have to be? "Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect." With such high standard, no 1 can save himself. However, In spite of our Sin....  3.God God is Merciful & therefore doesn't want to punish us. This is because "...God is love." & He says, "...I have loved thee with an everlasting love..." But the same Bible which tell uss that God is loves us, also tells us that... God is Just & Therefore must punish sin. He says "...I will by no means clear the guilty..." "....the soul that sinneth, it shall die" "?We have a problem God loves us & doesn't want to punish us But He is just & must punish sin. God solved this problems for us in the Person of..  4.Jesus ChristWho is He? The bible tells us clearly that He is the infinite God-Man "In the beginning was the Word (Jesus).. and the Word (Jesus) was God. And the Word (Jesus) was made flesh, and dwelt amon uss..." "?What did He do? He died on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins & rose from the grave to purchase a place forus in heaven. "All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way: and the Lord laid on Him (Jesus) the iniquity (sin) of uss all." Jesus Christ bore our sin in His body on the cross & now offers u Eternal Life (heaven) as a free gift. This Gift is received by... 5.FaithIs the key that opens the door to heaven. Many people mistake 2 things for saving faith: A.Saving faith is not mere Intellectual Assent, like believing certain historical facts. The Bible says that the devil believes there is 1 God, so believing that there is one God is not saving faith. B.Saving faith is not mere Temporal Faith, that is, trusting God for temporary crises such as financial, family, or physical needs. Now these r good, and u should trust Christ for these, but they r not saving faith!Savin Faith Is trusting in Jesus Chrsit alone for eternal life. It means resting upon Christ Alone & what He Has Done rather than in what u or I have done to get us into heaven "...Believe (trust) on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved..." U have read the GREATEST STORYEver told about the GREATES OFFER Ever made by the GREATEST PERSON Who ever lived JESUS CHRIST The ? that God is asking u now is..Would u like to recieve the Gift of Eternal Life? Because this is such an important matter... It means that u need to: 1.Transfer ur trust from what u have been doing to what Christ has done for u on the cross. 2.Accept Christ as Savior Open the "door" to ur heart & invite Him in. He says: "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock; if any man hear My voice, and open the door, I will come in to him.." Receive Jesus Christ as LordGive Him the "Driver's seat" & "controls of ur life, not the "Back seat." RepentBe willing to TURN from anything that is not pleasing HIM. He will reveal His will to u as u grow in ur relationship with Him. Now, if this is what u really want...U can go to God in Prayer right where u r. U can recieve His Gift of Eternal Life through Jesus Chrsit right now. "For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and witht he mouth confession is made unto salvation. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."  If u want to recieve the gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ, then call on Him, asking for this gift right now."Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner and do not deserve eternal life. But, I believe YOU died and rose from the grave into my life; take control of my life; forgive my sins and save me. I repent of my sins and now place my trust in YOU for my salvation. I accept the free gift of eternal life." If u made this prayer your sincere desire that came from your heart look what Jesus promises to those who believe in Him:"Verily, verily, I say unto you, he that Beliveth on Me hath everlasting life." Welcome to the Family of God!!!!!!!!!!!!If u have truly repented (forsaken, turned away) from ur sins. Placed ur trust in Jesus Chrsit's sacrificial death & received the gift of eternal life U r now a of God!!!!!!! 4ever!!!!!! "But as many as recieved Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name." Today day is ur spiritual Birthday!! A day to remember. The Bible speaks of those who recieve eternal life in these words "Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God." What's Next? Just as a newborn baby grows physically, in a similar way u can grow spiritually, by taking the following steps: 1.Read the Bible Starting with the Gospel of John, read a chapter each day. "As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the Word (of God), that ye man grow thereby." 2.Prayer Spend time each day talking to God. "Be careful for nothing: but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be made known unto God." 3.Worship Regularly atten a church that honors Jesus Christ & teaches u the Bible. "I was glad when they said unto me Let us go into the house of the Lord." "God is a Spirit: and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and truth." 4.Fellowship With christians who will help U grow in faith "That which we have seen and heard declared unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with His Jesus Christ." 5.Witness Tell others what Jesus Christ means to U! "but ye shall recieve power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto Me.." |
