 I agree...but the bigger question is...why does man try to keep adding to this in order to feel like they have done their part to be saved?

 Such a great Scripture, from a great book. It even begins addressing the saints at Ephesus as "chosen in Christ from the foundation of the world." What a gift!

 well people are taught that once they are a christian they have to perform. All of a sudden they are no longer allowed to do this or that. They are taught they have to do things. Legalism. You will find it in every church

The bible teaches Christ living through you, not you imulating Christ
