Do you believe God is good, even when life isn't?
I've observed that those who speak most often about God's goodness are usually those with the most trials. They choose to focus on the Lord's mercy and grace rather than on their troubles, and in so doing they taste His goodness.

This thoughts not only challenges us to taste and see, but to taste and say that the Lord is good--even when life isn't.

 Yeah, I agree. I am guilty of this very thing...often finding myself closest to God when things are bad in my life. Unfortunately. Something I hope I can pray and change about myself. I always learn the most from trials too. I have learned some pretty amazing things.

 Yes God is always good. Usualy my pain is from my own mistakes. Not all of the time, but alot of the time. God is with me even then, as i go through the pain. Blessings and thanks for the post. LLW

hey ... same here when i am in my lowest that's the time that i find myself so close to God ... but i try my very best to be close to Him in and out of season
