Prince Harry should know better........ Although I was born in England, I'm no fan of Royalty! I see today that Prince Harry who was in Afghanistan as a soldier last month was taken to task in England for flying a British helicopter onto the lawn of his girl friend. Of course tax payers are furious that it cost a mere $20,000.00 for this little bit of romance. The time has come in my view for Britain to end the Monarchy. Such a waste of money and for what? Too much glitter and gold. America did the right thing and became a republic. Time for England to shed the monarchy! |

Greetings All, I woke this morning to the news of the helo ride. I said, as if I was his parents, "Well, it is what kids do..Daddy goes away, and the kid wants to take the car out for a ride...It's that just my kid, has a helo, and a ship, and a jet, and a tank, and a royal carriage to chose from."... Glad an English man at least understands that America is a republic...Most Americans would tell you we have a democracy.. "And to the Republic, for which it stands, One Nation, under GOD." Thanks for pointing it out, He is....  No King but CHRIST JESUS!!!

Taxpayers spending $20k on a bit of fun is not my idea of wasting money. There are better things to do with that money. Spending it all on fighting terrorism is another waste. You'll see where the U.S. is going with all that money on security. IF the terrorists want to strike they will. All this spending is bankrupting the U.S. exactly what Bin Laden had in mind!
