waiting patiently on god

i am patiently waiting on lord to bring godly christian man into my life.i have tried to do it on my own in past to have it fail miserable.i have been taught very valuable lession and that is to give god full control over every area of my life.i am content to live the christian live that god has planned for me,but i know he has something better in mind for me.

 Hi my dear friend Cathy51.I know it is hard to sit back and watch other couples in love.I treated my husband like a king.I loved everything about him.After 29 years my toes curled every time we kissed.I want that kind of love again!!Its been 12 years now.I've been in a few relationships .I even made it to the court house to get married.I thank God today that it was closed because I was not ready then.I had to be by myself and draw close to God.But I know I'm ready now! Now I know what I want .Now I know what God wants for me.Cathy,we just have to keep praying and let God know the desires of our hearts.But, I think we also have to be contented to just be alone with God if that is his plans.I know that he loves us and wants us to be happy. He says "If you ask for bread, would I give you rocks?"Maybe he is getting that special man's heart ready for us.Please know that you are in my prayers Cathy.I know your pain.

i am content to be alone with god if it is his will that i spend rest my life alone his will will be done i have been divorced 11 years now.i get lone at time but i just turn that over to god and stay busy doing his work.i will also remember you in my prayers hope god bless

 Cathy...just know that you are never alone although at times it does feel that way. Our Father is the only one who can really fill that emptiness in our heart. There are plenty of other women in the same place we are now and then there are some that are in relationships and are still empty...I think that is worse. Be blessed Cathy, keep growing in the Lord, He knows the plans He has for us to give us a hope and an expected end.

 hi peacepursuer yes i know i am never along god has been there with me when i have been down in that valley.i have been christian lady since 1983 and continue to grow closer and have closer walk with our lord jesus christ.

it is easy to get caught up in flesh but we just have to remember our father is our creator and he knows paths we will take before we were even born.i just fully trust in god in every area of my life and pray that his will will be done.
