you all are precious,again welcome to this blog;what is,has already been...so what you are going through,or what you've been through someone else has been through it already,or someone else is going through it right now;sharing helps heal wounds...and shame is not of GOD.Shame keeps us from asking for the help that we need to be be healed and well within our heart.It's o.k to ask for help;life is a team work even though we have to do our individual part,it's a team work.Yes,God is a God of miracles,but sometimes God helps us through people;and the people who get mad because you genuinely ask them for help and then they blame you for it are just consciously or subconsciously,suppressing your chance for a breakthrough,which you have the right to.Asking for help,it's healthy.

I agree that asking for help is healthy, although we must be discerning in who we ask for help and how much we reveal I think.

 i know that,i was just talking about the fact that we need the help of one another sometimes...and that life is a team work...we all need someone as well besides God;we need a team for busines,friendship etc...we live on earth and as we develop a relationship with God,we also need the help of others,that's my point,i wasn't talking about those impossible situations where only God can do a miracle...we need people as well...and more power to you if you a lonely person who never interact with other human beings...i agree with you but that's not my point;my point is there's a time where you need people and you need to be able to reach out to those people because it's healthy and human.as long as you are doing it in wisdom.
