Do You really know why Jesus came outside of Salvation?

Jesus didnt come to make bad people Good.....he came to make dead people alive.
God doesn’t call us to do what we are able to do, but places our calling just beyond our own self-sufficiency. This is a comfortingly succinct explanation for spiritual struggling. Are you frustrated? Do you feel called and then left at the train station, coughing in the smoke of the departing Glory Train? You don’t need to ask God for strength, but instead let Him perfect His own strength through your weakness. The “abundant life” dangled so tantalizingly before us in sermons is nothing less than the sufficiency of Christ powered out through us, overruling our weakness. If you feel spiritually dry-docked, drench yourself in some truths that will allow you to voyage deeply and freely into the Christian life you’ve always wanted.

Amen! We don't get very far when we try to do things in our own strength. However, when we turn our attention to Him instead, and let Him have His way with us, everything changes for the better! Thanks!
