Understanding right and wrong about basic truths is important.. take the time to find out why understanding the trinity is important. take the time to find out what Jesus really did for you take the time to find out why Jesus warns you of eternal damnation know that the good news is those who ask him to save them will and those who dont will not be. Amen, Brother! Life and death are choices. We have to choose one or the other. If we don't choose we have, by default, chosen death and eternal Hell. Scary, huh? Make a choice today, everyone! Choose life through Jesus Christ!

Dennis, So as to not make something up about you on another's site, and to ensure that you believe me to have the backbone you find important, may I ask if you actually watch "Desperate Housewives?" You think it is ok for not just Christian men - but more importantly GODLY men to watch that sort of programming? - For it is indeed 'programming' that is designed to desensitize one from sin. I pray you do not actually watch such trash! But because we DO live in 'reality' - as you put it on another's blog - it would not surprise me if you DID watch it. By the way - the New Covenant you reference does not negate our duty unto obedience and our call to avoid sin. Sincerely, Frances

Dennis-we indeed need to know what we beleive and why we believe it. We need to also know the time and therefore respond accordingly. The church has long since been under a religious spirit but the Lord desires us to be free and to move where His spirit is leading with out restriction.(Those of a man-made variety, not in conflict with what is spoken in the bible) There are a great many things being shaken, here, in the world, in our hearts, so that the things that cannot be shaken may remain. So in light of this I pray: Father-Search Us, O God, and know our hearts; Try us and and know our anxieties; And see if there is any wicked way in us and lead us in your way everlasting. You are rebuilding for yourself a Holy Temple and we are your living rocks, set by your Cornerstone we will grow. Let us be a house of Your Glory Forever! God is Awesome.Amen. Glory to the Lord!

I am thankful for you Dennis, I see you are wanting the truth to be revealed by providing us with information on different cults which has caused people to stumble. We are called to walk in unity and peace and love. But when you see the truth of what this really is, it isn't the peace that avoids trouble, as Christ has called us to be peace makers, not peace keepers. Peace makers do what they have to do, according to God, to make peace. Sometimes there is confrontation. Peace keepers are week in their spirit, they do what they have to to keep the peace, often comprimising the standards of God. Thankyou Dennis for truely being a peace maker, and I pray that God raises up Godly men here to take the stand against the work of the enemy. love Seranade.

Dennis - understanding GOD's heart is as feasible for one without children as it is for one with children, likewise, it can be hindered both by having and by not having children. I asked you about the television program based upon your comments to allamazed. Do you recall the exchange I am referencing? As for your belief that my position is based upon 'doing what is right in GOD's eyes" well, you assumed correctly. Don't you also wish to do the same? Your understanding of grace seems to exclude the notion of responsibility and duty. I invite you, or anyone else reading this, to show forth scripture that either directly or indirectly through suggestion offers a concept of grace without responsibility, accountability, and duty! Mind you - this is NOT a challenge unto the act of salvation through our LORD - but rather OUR post-conversion and post-salvation responsibility WITHIN that grace. Show me how to read that notion of escape from responsibility and duty within the scriptures. Frances

Please know that I am not indisagreement with you regarding salvation - and that my posts to you have had no basis in the consideration of salvation gained, but rather in the duty one has UNTO the LORD once saved - the responsibility we have; the accountability we have; the duty we have, now that we are recipients of the fullness of Christ. what understanding do you believe you lack?
