does true love exist?..i wanna find out.. Hey everyone, my name is Jim Fryer, a US Army sergeant divorced for 3 years now...i have a 5 years old who lives with her mom, my Ex in Oklahoma, no baby mama drama as she's remarried but what i dont understand is this, does true love exist?...we were in love, i was serving my country and before you say Jack, my supposedly best friend was sleeping with my wife and when i got back, the welcome i got was, I WANT A DIVORCE...those words shattered my life and i thought i wasn't gonna survive it but with God and my work, i was able to...i loved her so much and had never cheated on her, never ever looked at another woman...most times when women say, hey you're cute, i answer them by showing them my wedding band... Well, it's over 3 years now and i'm ready to start a new life with that special woman as i'm getting out of the Army to start a new career but the question is, Does real love exist?..can i find it here?...Over to you folks.... If we are speaking of humans I'd say no, it doesnt exist. If it does I've never found it in the love of a woman. I have an ex also who betrayed me. I dont trust anyone now. When times get hard they desert you. Jesus was deserted in the Garden, then pretty much deserted at the cross. Why should we expect any different? I know a couple of women in a few different churches who betrayed their husbands etc so my hope is in God and the next life. Judgement Day will be interesting.

urban: You are so pessimistic,God will give us all the best things.To me,Marriage really goes with the flow.But a lot of people think that if you don't marry, you're a waste.Including my parents.it made me feel upset and helpless.When we focus on the human What brought us was complaints, frustration, disappointment.

True love does exist, Jim, the problem is? sorting through the garbage in order to get to it. Lots of heartbreak, anger, resentment of others, etc just to find the smallest gem that is yours. In the end, it will all be worth the headache when the one meant to be with you? shows up for a happily ever after ending to life
