Your account has come my attention. I understand you’re not happy with your Sleep Number bed! I am so sorry hear that.

I have arranged for a return and you will be receiving prepaid UPS labels in the .

Let know when you receive them and have the bed ready for pick up!

Your email explained you threw away the original boxes, which is okay. Any boxes you or a friend may have will do!

If you change your mind and want keep the bed but need a tech help complete the installation, let know! I might be able arrange that too!
