I bought a sleep number bed, you need a degree to put it together this was the letter that i wrote sleep number  5/29/2020 I have a LOT of anxiety due to my MS. I can NOT talk on the phone without GREAT pain. I am on federal disability for the MS and buying this mattress has caused me more pain than I can handle. I do NOT want to return the mattress, but if sleep number won’t pay me for the professional I needed to hire to put it together, then I need to return it. I have thrown out the original boxes that it came in and the mattress needs to be picked up from my home by sleep number at NO additional charge to me. The mattress is a piece of junk and not all that it was promised to be, and you needed a degree to put it together in the best of circumstances, I was NOT given all the pieces needed to put it together, and I had to get someone from task rabbit to put it together for me. I saved my OLD mattress just in case this went down as it seemed to be going. But sleep mattress will need to come to my home and remove their mattress to get it returned. I have MUCH more documentation about this problem. i have something coming from you today. but i don't need anything else and i refuse to pay you even more. as of now, sleep number owes ME $100+ to assemble what i have already paid you $600+ for and i have a dispute for that with amex.

i just got an email from them for another shipment, for another few hundred dollars. it cost me another 100 to put together

i slept on this thing last night and it sucked, i was thinking of taking it back!
