I have had a LOTTa trouble with best buy TRY install an air conditioner. They have basically admitted fault and offered me $00, that is a joke for ALL the problems they caused. I would like sue them for MUCH more, and offer you a percentage of that for your help.

Following is the rabbit trail they have put me through, AFTER they damaged my aluminum window frame and would NOT let me retain the a/c they delivered here. Also, there are pictures that support what I have suffered.

I am on disability due MS, and have a LOT of anxiety and it is worse in the heat. I can not on the phone, it makes me sicker!

I have a hard time believing that best buy wants pursue this, the problem investigating my claim will cost more than I asked for.

the installers would NOT listen anything I said. they were rude and used bad language, and STOLE the unit I had purchased without installing it. I told them I would take the unit anyways, and they decided to STEAL my unit. AFTER they left a mess in my house and BENT the aluminum window frame I was SO worried about.

THE MESS AND THE BENT ALLUMINUM WINDOW IS UNNACCEPTABLE, THEY DIDN'T EVEN LET ME HAVE THE UNIT I PURCHASED!!

GIVE ME BACK ALL THE I SPENT ON THIS CATASTROPHY. AND GIVE ME A FEW HUNDRED $$ FOR ALL MY TROUBLE!!

It is cut and dry. Fill the claim form and return it. If you can not speak on the phone that is fine. I see the small dent in the screen. I can offer you $00 for the damage. That is how much it would cost replace your screen.

If you agree with that I can a check you that you will receive within 7 business days. If you do not agree with the $00 for the damage the window. You will need fill the claim form and me 2 estimates of repairs for the damages.

I can not assist you if you are not willing submit the information in regards the claim. I have the pictures of the damages. How would you like proceed.

I have filed a complaint with the bbb and asked for my back from amex. and bought a NEW unit from Walmart.
