THIS IS RIDICLOUS! NOBODY IN YOUR UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH, AND WHOEVER MAKES UP THE ADS ON THE AMAZON SITE HAS NO IDEA OF THE LAWS IN THE US.

I HAVE GOTTEN A SECOND MATTRESS, THAT I HAVE TRIED TO RETURN 00 OF TIMES!
PLEASE SEND THIS TO SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT IS LEGAL IN THE UNITED STATES!

 I FINALLY got an answer from amazon. they said they will pick up the mattress today (but it is the 4th). and they also said they will give me $20 off my next purchase. TOO little TOO late, but at least they are hearing me.

 I had an incident with Amazon over an Patio Umbrella I ordered to be shipped to my niece for Christmas. It arrived missing a very important screw. They referred me to the seller who seemed not to understand English. The seller would not send a replacement screw. Instead they sent a replacement umbrella. And told my niece to keep the other umbrella too. I told them that did not make good business sense to me.
