trump? oh well, god puts who he want in leadership. i'm going to have to go with god on this one. i did NOT vote for the first time in my adult life this time. i could not bring myself to vote for either party, and neither could i back up the independents. in the past i have voted for ralph nadar a few times, and ross perot once. i was considering a write in vote for mickey mouse, but the lines here in chicago were being reported as VERY long and the whole thing was making me sick inside, so i did not even go. i have considered also that the mayoral election here was also not very much of a choice, and that once upon a time adolph hitler must have been popular in his place, as well as stalin and napolean and pilate. it could have been much worse, even if he lost. i don't mean to put our new president down. i actually considered him the least of our two evil choices. it is all in god's able hands. god bless america!

Over the past few weeks, I've watched friends and family members go at each other on FB like they were the Hatfields and McCoys!  Most people that either don't want to enter the fray, or have just had enough of it, could probably explain the lack of comments here. Discussing religion and politics are two of the easiest ways to make an enemy of a friend, because some people can be overly passionate about these subjects'.

I (sadly) have to agree. I have heard enough opinions about this election than I care to hear. god is in charge
