Would you support Obama?

This is supposed to be a poll but for some reason or another,it did not come up as a poll.

So the questions is this, would you support or vote for Obama if he supported pro-choice or would you not support him base on his stance on other issues?
Yes, Obama would have my vote if he stood for pro-life.
No,Obama still would not have my vote based on other issues.

Well this is supposed to be a poll but for some reason or another it does not come up as a poll.

Another member made this statement so this is the reason for this post:

"The fact is that over 95% of the Christian community that opposes him are opposed only because of one issue. Abortion".

I don't believe this to be true and would like other peoples thoughts on this.I believe many if not most Christians would appose him no matter what his position on abortion would be.

As for me,I don't know if there are any issues that I would agree on with Obama.

Would you support Obama?

You think people are so insignificant that nothing they do makes any difference?

You are in this world and under the leadership of this world. You can't live in this world with out taking part in this world.

Do you have an obligation to try to stop someone from killing your children or do you turn your head the other way and allow it?

Like I said, this was supposed to be a poll but for some reason or another,it is not.

My real interest lies in knowing if a Christian who apposes Obama because he supports pro-choice would support him if he supported pro-life.

A member here stated that most Christians don't support Obama based ONLY on one issue so that is the reason for this post.

I am not really interested in who is or is not the best person for the job but knowing that you support Obama as he stands now disqualifies you from answering the question.

The question is this:

If you do not support Obama, would you support him if he were pro-life?

"Inquisitive 142; You err. I may be in this world, but I am not under the leadership of this world. I am under the Leadership of my Father's Spirit. It is the Spirit of my Father that leads me, guides me, and who teaches me all Truth. And yes, I can live in this world, eventhough I do not take part in its activities. I live, becaause He Lives. And as He dwells in me, my Life is in His Hands. I live, not because this world gives me life, but because my Life is of the Father. I live because He lives. And I do not need this world, or the things that are in it to Live. My Father supplies all my needs, hence, I am not dependent on the world to live. If you knew how Possible all things are with my Father, you would not have made such a foolish statement as 'You can't live in this world with out taking part in this world'. My only obligation is to the Father, not to Man. The children the Father gives me are His Children, therefore, my trust is in the Lord. If someone is trying to kill this child, which the Father has made me guardian over, then, yes, I shall take it upon myself to pray unto the Father to protect His Children, or Child. If someone is going to try and kill that child, the Father is able to stop them from doing so. My trust is not in myself, or in Man, but in God. I trust God to keep what He has given me. I Trsut Him to protect those who are with me, and I trust Him to meet all their needs as well. How easily you forget the story of Lot, of how two angels visited him, and how the Men of Sodom wanted to know these Men who were in Lot's House; and because they tried to force themselves into Lot's House to do the angels harm, the Father took their lives, and these Men died. If you Trust in the Lord, as you should, no harm will ever come to you, or the children God gave you to keep. No wonder believers suffer so much, they trust only in themselves, and not God. If these children's bodies must die, or cease to function, then, I must acknowledge that it is their time to leave this world. The Father knows if it's our time to go, and when it is, it doesn't amtter how it happens, becasue when it happens, nothing can stop it. My Trust is in the Lord. Is Yours? "

You live in this world, eat the food of this world and breathe the air of this world just everyone else does. You are also under the leaders of this world following the laws and regulations that the leaders of this world have presented.

You don't take part in any activities of this world? None?

Why would you pray for your child if it was time for the child to die,why not just leave the child be killed?

Just stand there and let what is going to happen happen.

Why are you on this worldly site speaking to other,do you really think anything you say is going to change anything,God is in control of everything so why would he need you to stand in?

Just stand in the corner and let what is going to happen happen.

I've listened to a speach that Obama did a while ago about helping the country out of recession. I was impressed by his words. You might say it's only words, but they were very concerned for his country and the people. Evidently many dont like him, but he's the one God has for America at this time, good or bad in your eyes he's to be prayed for. I dont hate him at all, even if I might not agree with all he does. He's got a lot of good points that are overlooked and he's passionate about his job and his country no matter what you think of him personally. I say, "God bless him and the task he has in front of him." It's enormous, no one can please everyone. I could not do the job he does, nor come close to doing it as well as he does even if he's made some mistakes. I wish him all the best in the most stressful job I can imagine. And I also wish the same for his successor. America needs God just as we all do.

Judgement Day will be interesting.
