WAAAAAAHHH!!

Somebody is crying about terms of use policy being enforced for violation of rules. I posted the following in that person's blog, and thought to put it here too, for it will surely be deleted.

"You must have violated the terms of use policy like you're always telling us. I seem to remember you saying only violators get deleted.
Please see the terms of use policy section 5 D...

D) FriendFinder California, Inc. will investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the site or service and terminating the membership of such violators. The following is a partial list of the kind of content that is illegal or prohibited on the site - it includes content that: is patently offensive to the online community, such as content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; harasses or advocates harassment of another person or invades their privacy; involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited commercial e-mail or "spamming"; promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;

Now it's a different story isn't it? Could it be that God has pronounced a judgement on this individual?

I can't give much for details because then that would put me in violation of terms of use policy.
Suffice to say that someone who has frequently quoted the rules, and used them to say that others deserved to have been deleted for violating those rules, is now missing from Blogland.

Perhaps it is a one way street with someone going the wrong way on the street.

@ Going the wrong way on a one-way street.

I think the Blogger we are referencing, has talked more about his "persecution" more than all bloggers and magaziners combined since he was outed in Winter 2007.

And talking about Terms and Conditions - what about plagiarism? Who posted all those articles on the Magazine allowing everyone to think they were his because he didn’t site the author of the work? Plagiarism is still against the law last time I checked.

I think Neighbourhood can include the Blogland one hangs out in, don't you? So yeah, the information obtained from a certain Registry can be used to protect people in Blog land too - my online Neigbourhood.

Blessings,
Rosaceae / Linda

I agree with you Linda, but I don't have nearly the knowledge of the plagiarism from the person of reference in Magazine as you. In fact I don't know a whole lot more of the details then that it happened.
By the winter of 2007 in Magazine, I was transistening here to the blogs, so I wasn't so aware of this person's shanninagans at the time, although I still knew about him.

Therefore, in all fairness, I can't really speak to his activities of plagiarism, although I do vividly remember his claims of being a prophet, and the news of his other exposure by you and Maryanne was in the blogs from folks who were frequenting both blogs and Magazine.
You two did B.C. Magazine a brave and great duty in that action, and the only people who could say otherwise are the very kind of people that the federal act was implimented to protect the public from to begin with.

I have heard the person of reference frequently rant about how you acted illegally, yet if what you did was indeed illegal, you would surely have been incarcerated. He can cite illegal harrassment all he wants, but that doesn't change the lemon into an apple. It simply impliments him all the more, because harrassment is the first complaint that such offenders are going to make, and to them in their point of view, yes it is indeed harrassment, because the knowledge it brings blocks them from aquiring new victims.

Now others have acted to protect the women of Blogland from the same person with the same apparent agenda, and they too likewise have my commendations. My prayer is that they and others will continue these activities and help make Blogland a safe neighborhood once again.

HeisRisen, and Mustard;

I have your comments in pending mode which is where they will remain.
I have not opted to ban you, and should you make comments I deem as productive to this thread, I will approve them so that others can see them.
You can cry "unfair" about it until the Lord returns for all I care and your remarks will remain unseen by the remaining bloggers.
This is MY blog, and this is how I will manage it. If you figure out a means to bypass this feature, then I will simply delete the whole blog with all it's comments. Nobody is gonna do any hijacking here.
