Homosexuality If you had a friend who was battling Homosexuality and wanted to change would you have them in your company and if you did what subjects would you bring up? give me your answer and why? Give me scripture to back it up thank you! may the words I speak be food to your soul |

I beleive you could have friends who are battling homosexuality---but love them and give them the TRUTH!! People are so afraid of those who are in this--lifestyle---why?? While we were yet bound and in sin--Jesus died for us!! he didnt wait until we got cleaned up did he?? My niece is a lesbian--and i have told her the truth and now simply pray she will one day see her need for the Saviour!!

Fear of "people in this lifestyle" has nothing to do with Obedience to God in leaving abominations to their own destruction. Your neice - according to St. Paul is an abomination who is to be cast out of the church and out of all fellowship. Therefore- You are more than welcome to form your own special "abominations only" church where abominations against God are welcome. For you to attempt to tell the rest of us we must cling to what God has told us to flee from is to show us you have no Christ in you. Are you certain you wish to disobey Jesus when He said "if you love me- keep my commandments"? for that is what you are advocating- We turn away from Jesus and cling to abominations. Utterly ridiculous and profane of you I must say. PC is sin when it is in conflict with God's words. It is a fearsome thing to fall into the hands of an angry God.... Remember this. Jn 8  So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her. Jn 8:8 And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground. my opinion is this I would surround this certain friend with christian fellowship because there is strength in numbers but you are right God did not condemn and niether should we as long as this person wants to change thier lifestyle you should find a way to help them and if they are willing to listen to the truth they can be changed amen the Pharisees were selfrighteous and if you notice Jesus was standing right in there faces and they did not know who he was They did not have a personal relationship with God and if you do YOU KNOW of mercy and you use it GOD shows MERCY to a repentant HEART and he forgives may the words I speak be food to your soul

thank you Sienna its only because I have been on the other side of the fence I was a black sheep and a outcast in my church because of what I believed its too many Christians that dont wanna get their hands dirty but I believe their is a diamond in the rough and God gave me spiritual eyes to see it everyone has a calling and my calling is to reach out to people that nobody wants and allow them to see God is NOT LIKE MAN THE WAY SOME PEOPLE REPRESENT GOD STINKS amen may the words I speak be food to your soul

we can all justify some stupid things we do. One thing, God speaks about sexual immorality whether it is fornication, adultry or homosexuality. Sexual immorality has a huge effect on the Soul, which is our mind, emotions and will. Not to be mistaken with our eternal being, the Spirit man. Not everyone is a toe or a arm or head. Some people will have an anointing to be able to speak into peoples lives. Some in differing areas. You have it right. Encompass them in Christian fellowship and it will dissolve.

these are good questions indeed but it totally depends on what company they keep the phrase you are what you eat and you are what you meet rings true if you surround yourself around people who are overcomers and christian individuals and determine in your mind that you want to change God will honor that and he will give you the strength speaking from experience I was molested as a child by a male lesbian tendencies did not come my way till about the age of 25 Im 30 now the devil tried to put thoughts in my head that it was okay and it was natural and that men only get satisfaction from but it was lie God sent people my way to encourage me and people my way that had been thru the same situation I have been thru I talked to God everyday and I read the bible concerning and studied and I even went to a psychologist but I only went to 2 sessions apparently that was not what God would use to help me overcome and heal I fasted and I prayed and God sent a wonderful man my way that helped me to realize that all men were not like my molester and that was a lie of the enemy we pray together and we talk about God but God comes first ask God to open your eyes and do a study on homosexuality and repentence and forgiveness I did it helped me to understand alot of things God bless you may the words I speak be food to your soul
