miracle in the making?
ok. it is done. it took MUCH longer than it should have...but i officially put a low-ball bid on the god's garage building.

i had to go to a lawyer...and i had to get insurance (which was really hard)...and i had to find an inspector (which is even harder and haven't yet got one)...

but i did it. now comes the waiting game.
