The Hardest Part About Losing Weight

The hardest part for me in losing weight is feeling hungry. Yes, I like junk food, but that is not impossible to avoid or keep to a bare minimum. Drinking water and staying away from sugar drinks is easy enough. But, what do I do when I feel hungry?

For me snacking on a banana or crackers gets me by until its time to have a main meal of the day. The problem is how to get from one meal to the next without eating between meals, before a main meal of the day, or whatever. There you have it. It bananas or crackers or something very light to get me through the day to a main meal.

Hi Richard

Don't we all wish the weight-loss fairy would smack us with her magic wand while we are sleeping and we would just wake up 10, 20, 30 lbs lighter Would definately be easier!

Don't really know the cure but what I do is try to distract myself from the kitchen so, I will grab a piece of fruit or handful of almonds and go out the door and walk. Maybe get a bag of cinnamon hard candy and slip one in your mouth often, cinnamon is great when your trying to lose weight.

Good luck to you and blessings...His4ever!

FAITH...Even when I can't see, I still believe.

We have to fill ourselves with more than just food when we're hungry.

Figure out what you're hungry for outside of food and chew on it.

I was gonna answer...losing weight! I believe lots of small meals a day works better for some. I need to start doing that for sure ha. I hope your way's working for ya. Oh and I like cinnamon too, and think it helps not crave. I also drink yerba mate tea, brand eco and unsmoked. It has everything a body needs, actually studied by the Pasteural Institute in the 60's. It curbs hunger, and is low in caffeine. It has helped me allot with fibromyalgia, that I've dealt with since my twenties. Blessings
