Generally not a good idea, meeting guys in a bar. It's like going grocery shopping when you're hungry; you bring home stuff you don't need.

 Excellent comment Sir! I gave up the bar scene when I was in my early twenties it depresses me to think of ever going back there. Frankly I see shopping for men there like shopping the scratch and dent isle...everyone is cheapened by the experience.

 great posts by all and wonderful comments made, I use to go to the bars back in the disco days, hahahaha, still remember my pant suits and platform shoes, hahahaha oh how I can laugh about it now, but I was cool in the day, hahahaha, I look back now and I think of some of the women that I brought out of the bar, thanks God I didn't marry any of them, not that my luck has been any better marrying women from other areas, hahahaha, cheers
