Prenups.


do you think that christians should have prenup agreements, for example. say you own your own house and your future spouse has nothing and after 12 months, things don't work out, why should they get halve, then a prenup would be handy, but if you were married for 10 years or more you would be entitled to half, do you think this would be fair.

I dont beleive prenups are biblical--where is the trust level--marriage is for life--if you are not willing to fight for it even in the hard times then dont get married!!!

yes you are correct, either is divorce, people are not perfect, marriage is worth fighting for, but what happens if the other party isn't willing, you can't force people to stay. if you had a prenup, at least you know that your future spouse isn't after your gold, the only people against it would be people who have nothing to lose, sad thing is that christians do get divorced
