For Anyone Who Cares or Remembers

I thought I would let those who still come round know, that Jeremiah is locked up again. His address is currently the El Paso County Detention Facility.

Many may remember the multiple battles we had back in '06 - '08 over in the Magazine Section. Jeremiah was a daily poster claiming to be a prophet of God sent to Big Church to set us all straight.

Jeremiah then proceeded to come over here to the Blogs, where he created havoc for several years with all his controlling ways. He chased many good people from the blogs - how sad it was.

Before he moved to the Blogs, I learned he was a convicted sex offender recently released from a California prison. He'd served time for sexual assault of an 11 yrs old girl. We had a convicted pedophile in our midst. He didn't like me exposing his crime, however I thought it important for all the women to know who had little ones, in case he were to strike a up relationship with someone.

California has the three strike rule. He broke his parole and spent more time in prison. Not long after he was released he moved to Texas. He went back to Jail in May 2018 for CAP/CT I - AGG SEXUAL ASSLT . I don't know how long his sentence is, but he's where he belongs. He can't hurt any more .

Thanks for information.

I can only confirm the activity of Jeremiah and all his other handles. He still have a supporter from time past here at the blogs.
Now supporting another hermit.

Most of those who left did it for the reason you wrote above, but I suspect some leaving due to the lack of drama when Jeremiah - and others likeminded - left.

Sadly it seems like we need drama at a place like this ment for blogging, to make people blog. No drama no excitement.

Hi Sojourner,

Good to see you. I hope you're doing well.

When I first came here this place was hopping, both the Magazine Section and the Blogs. It's unfortunate the way things are now. I guess most have moved on to other things.

You're right that drama brings numbers and that's sad. I miss the days of coming to a site with lots of people for good conversation whether on blog or chat sites. I thought perhaps people would have come back here with the Corona going on, however that doesnt seem to have happened.

We have a few ones still blogging. And a few newer ones posting a mix of human understanding - "you have to be good and deserve salvation, it's not given to you by grace" - and "my church/understanding is the ONLY one, everybody else is doomed".
And then of cause a few new ones whom I would like to just post.

Still living in the hope of a good site....

Hi Sojourner,

Thank you for the heads up of what is going on here. I think I will check in each day for a while and see what is going on. I need a change to what I was doing to occupy my time.

I will stick to Bible which says: it's grace that saves us, nothing else. Nothing in an of myself is good enough to get me to heaven. God's grace and mercy was poured out through His Son Jesus Christ and His shed blood, death and resurrection. Hallelujah!!!

There are so many bloggers on here when I came to this section. Now just four or five of us will respond to anything. Yet I see the numbers of views for a post over 100, yet nobody says anything. I dont understand that.

Hi Rosaceae.

One of the explanations is that the counter of visitors isn't working properly.
Instead of adding just one, it often add a whole lot.

Besides that your Blog and posts are not "visible to members only".

Meaning I can visit your Blog and posts without being logged in or even as a non-member.

You can change the settings of that if you want.
