Another

]ANOTHER
When what we’ve passionately called, “Our Life” begins to become extremely overwhelming and we’re spending most of our conscience minutes holding back the flood gates of our soul, that is so filled with the tears and sorrow, we’ve become so intimate with; aching to be loved, hungering to hear even those words, that would either save our fragile life and sanity or have us scrambling for higher ground fearing being drowned by our own tears.

Our hope, our last chance we feel to find what we so desperately need for our very survival. We realize we’ve been speaking to others in riddled conversation with words measured in dire hope to find a matching soul, a soul mate by chance, who truly understands and knows the heaviness that is about and upon our very spirit.

The pain we’ve endured goes beyond even our own definition. So we protect ourselves, concealing and hiding away from judging and prying eyes. To silence the deafening sounds of our own Silent Screams; we devote nearly all our energy in a effort to disconnect ourselves from our dim reality and constant pounding of our memories that slam our sanity and emotional stability.

We long so painfully to find a true feeling of trust, of and from another. Where, with hope, we may be able to share a portion of our inner most desires as well as share the ground we’ve so delicately stood upon. Thus by allowing ourselves to open our sealed and protected hears, we pray with all our might that we may have found what we’ve sought for so desperately; which is of course, Another to love truly with our hearts, Another to love with our very selves. To love them as unconditionally as we’ve always dreamed of with our broken hearts and nearly grounded spirit.

The lump in our throat makes it nearly impossible to breathe at times causing us to conceal ourselves away from the world. While we attempt to compose and repair our shells………. Then, seemingly if not magically, we meet Another whose smile brings a most welcomed warmth, whose spirit seems nearly tangible, whose very presence draws a smile from deep inside, once thought lost.

The road between these two searching souls may seem to be impassable, but with hope, true hope, all is possible.
So... with breath held ....
silently I wait……………………….
