Giving God the Glory Do you ever take the good things happening in your life for granted? Have you ever failed to stop and thank God and give God the Glory? Luke 17:11-19 As Jesus entered into a village on His way to Jerusalem, he was met by ten lepers. These lepers stood far away from Jesus and shouted to Him, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us. When Jesus saw them He said to them, Go show yourselves to the Priests. And on their way to do as they were commanded, they were cleansed. One of them, when he saw that he was healed , returned, and with a loud voice glorified God, and fell to his feet giving Him thanks. This man was a Samaritan. Jesus answered and said, Were there not ten cleansed? But where are the nine? Were there not any found who returned to give glory to God except this foreigner? And Jesus said to him, Arise, go your way. Your faith has made you well. These scriptures have made me realize how many times I have taken blessings from God for granted and failed to stop to thank Him and to Glorify Him. I pray that I never fail to Glorify my Father in Heaven for all the amazing things He does for me each and every day. Forgive me Father for those times I have failed to thank you and to Glorify You. May God Bless You in ABUNDANCE |

How very true. I try to give thanks for the small things, but most of the time I just take things for granted. Sad. Thanks for the reminder and I plan to thank him for all he has blessed me with right now! Thanks for the reminder.
