Eat Your Heart Out Boys!

Sunday I went to see my girlfriend Terrie{Racefan} to watch the football games with her. I admit she knows a lot about the sport than I do this year and gets more excited...LOL. She was working in her office beating tax deadlines with a Christian radio station I thought. Music filled her office.

I kissed that Christian smile of hers and asked her if I can icepack an old knee injury and take a nap in her guest room.

As I was napping I awoke to the song "I can only imagine" by the Christian rock group Mercy me. The song seemed to go on forever and was getting louder. She had the song on repeat on her CD player. I went to get more ice for the knee. She hadnt noticed me as I walked towards her. She was singing at the top of her lungs. All smiles. Very Happy, very much in Love with Jesus, Very much in Love with me. She noticed me with a look I'll never forget. Pure LOVE

Its still a little hard for me due to my fading insecurities that someone could Love me this much...The very thing I have been praying for. For years!

Im not sure if she understands the gravity of how much I love her. At times it can be overwhelming in a great way!

Normally I would have been a little disturbed being awaken to loud music of any kind. She knows I have been having trouble sleeping. I kissed her again and returned to the guest room. But this time I left the door open wider. I finally confided in her that tears of exstatic happiness were streaming down my face as she started singing again. {I know..Im girly}. I also confided that she was no Diana Ross...LOL

I thought I would eventually meet a Christian Woman and there would be a loving relationship. I just never dreamed once we peeled away the layers of our relationship that it would be this frikking incredible and it will get even better. We are deliberately working on this.

The main common denominator is communicating. I have always been able to communicate with a woman...I thought! Not to the degree that we do..Its genuine. We talk, pray, and read Christian material a lot...

If I was to give relationship advice it would be this. If you are truly looking for a Christian relationship whether male or female....The early signs that its not up to par is if they cant seemed to find the time to develop a relationship with you and in Christ...Too busy! Yes, we are all busy these days it seems. Go with that voice in your heart. They have too many excuses even if they seem true. Make Time! We are only talking about an hour or so a day. If they have this attitude that its worth working for, worth fighting for, it is probably THE one you are looking for!

Just watching that SPIRIT in her whether I was dating her or not is attractive in any woman...Let her see your Spirit....Dont squash hers! Just let her soar!

This is THE one for me....She's all mine!...So eat your heart out BOYS!...Laughing

‘HE will rule them with an iron scepter.’... He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty.... On HIS robe and on HIS thigh HE has this name written:... KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS."

When we let God choose our mate, it is truly wonderful, isn't it? And once we have found each other, we have to "keep" each other. The relationship is always a "work in progress."

I pray for much happiness and growth with each other, and in Christ, Alan and Terrie.

My son Benjamin was here today, and he too put that same song on, and loud so the whole neighbourhood could here it! He knows it touches me, and it's his way of telling me that he knows that I love Jesus and because I love Him, I can show my son God's love in return. We had a beautiful of time of ministry after that. My beloved Ian, sister Velvet, Ben and I crying and being wrapped up in God's love for us as we healed together in God's arms.

I am so glad Alan that you are writting this here. I pray that all would be encouraged by your boldness and take a leaf out of your book.

To all the single women out there, I can honestly say that when a man truely serves God and desires to love a woman like Christ loves the Church, what you get are men like my beloved Ian, Brad, Alan, Jim etc. These men are all testimonies to God's grace and unconditional love in their lives. Seek after God for men like these as your husband, and you too can say what Alan here is saying!!

Bless ya all!

The body of Christ is like a patchwork quilt! All stitched together with God's love.

Hey Brother, You are crossing that FINE LINE of becoming "SICKENING" HAAHAHHAHAHHA!!!!!! Just Kidding. I am SOOOOOOO JEALOUS I can not see straight and I say: COULDN"T happen to 2 any more loving people. You guys continue to put Christ first Alan and HE WILL CONTINUE TO BLESS YOU. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE spending time in the word DAILY. Yesterday I had a field trip and just did NOT have any time left before time to go back on my bus route to take children home. I felt SOOOOO LOST. I use to MAKE TIME for the LORD. NOW, I feel like HE IS MY TIME. If I can't read his word today, I catch up tomarrow and still worship him in some form. GOD IS AWESOME and I can ONLY HOPE this happens in my life some day.
