Plan, don't panic

Create two plans, plan to get through the next the next 24 hours and the long term plan.

ONE OF THE BIGGEST OBSTACLES THAT PREVENTS OUR GOD GIVEN POTENTIAL IS PANIC.

What do you do when you panic ,yell,
get angry, get even, give the silent treatment, run, make life miserable.
