Current Situation

I am currently at the start of a divorce. I have a meeting with a lawyer a week from today. A lot has happened in the last 8 months. I am trying not to get discouraged and be there for my three (ages 15,13,5). It has been rough. My church even turned their back on me with lies and rumors that were being spread by people that were suppose to be supporting me. I have moved away from God and am working on rebuilding my relationship with him and finding another church to attend.

My dear, what is your name? God Bless You. Jesus is near to the broken hearted and saves the crushed in spirit. When I went through a similar situation I began to "date" Jesus. Yes, you heard me right. When we meet someone we think is special we long to know everything about them, want to take them everywhere with us, we hang on their every word and it sounds lovely; we tell them our hopes and dreams and fears. Why not seize the opportunity now, put the world aside as a dating pool for a while and let Jesus be your new boyfriend. After all if we are to be His Bride, shouldn't we be a responsible fiance'?
