Funny thing happened at work today

Funny thing happened at work today that kind of surprised me. I keep to myself at work. I don't share details of my life a whole lot. Very very few details, if any. I'm quite vague and aloof. I don't get a lot of satisfaction by using work as a place to meet friends. But today one co-worker asked me if I was married, attached or single, etc etc etc. I told her I was married to a great guy whom I moved here for. She said, "Well you're one of the few people I've worked with here who seems quite happy and content." How odd it is that she picked that up. I mean, how did she know that? Was my face glowing? Was I sub-consciously smiling? I don't know what tipped her off but it was surprising to have someone verbalize that to me. I would definitely say she was right. I am happy. I'm ecstatic about how my "insides" are showing up on the "outside" cuz that's exactly how I want to look. When you lead a blessed life, I would think that it would be ideal to have that seen so clearly by others. I'm grateful for and love the man that God provided for me. The decision to be with him was the right one. In addition to him and my family, God has blessed my life richly. For that I'm eternally thankful. And I think it's a wonderful thing that it makes me look Happy...because I am.

From my heart & head to yours,
Pea

You can keep things like that bottled up. It is going to ooze out eventually.

If God be for us; who can stand against us!

Ahhhhhhh, Pea, you waited a long time for this man and God sure did provide. When our faith is tested, I can attest to the impatience and the decisions and choices that we make that aren't too wise but there is proof in why you never married until now - because it wasn't right!!

God blessed you, as you can clearly see and your past is your past. What you do with the blessed future He has handed you .......... but somehow I know that thru all that you have been thru and we all have, you will know when you are blessed and so will he!!

See yes, it's beautiful that it shows and sounds like you are going to be a glowing example that people could learn from.

Don't change. Just be who you are content, happy and in love with a wonderful man and the Lord!!

It's so good to hear such a Praise Report.

Peace dear Sister,
((hugs))
