mashed potatoes

4 lb pf red potatoes

cut up and boil until soft

strain

add 1/2 stick of honey butter
8oz of Sour Cream
6oz shredded monterey jack cheese
3 oz shredded pepperoni

mix thoroughly

throw some more chese on top

broil for 5 minutes

There you have it

(season with salt and pepper as preferred)
