If the truth is ugly, is it then slander to speak it?

For years I have watched the Democratic Party tell eons of have truths, politicize things such as the war which should never be done. I have watched some of the Obama ads of which none have been truthful. Not even close. There are always mitigating factors left out.

Now when the truth is brought out it is mudslinging against him? In every situation where a leader is elevated, character and truth is important in my opinion.

When it is brought up about him being very active in Acorn which pushes against the very laws this land has in regards to voters. They give things to people who would not vote for their vote such as cartons of cigarettes for that persons vote. They register illegal aliens who have no rights in order to get their vote. They register convicted felons which by American law is a no-no. A felon loses their right to vote. They fight against people having to have a picture id in order to vote. Obama has been involved in this for years. People need to know that. Where is slander in pointing out this truth? It is important to know.

Should a President have close friends such as Bill Ayers who bombed Federal buildings and to this day say he wish he had been able to do more? A man who is pushing a socialistic brain washing type teaching that starts in the kindergarten of our country? Thats who the man is and Obama served on a board with him for 3 years in a paid position and spoke several times to audiences with him. He even wrote a school paper on Ayers, yet says he didn't really know about Ayers when he was young. Lie.

He attended a racist Church for 20 years and only recently left because he is running for President. A church that promotes violence if need be and hates white people. Do you think that should be ignored? Is that slander in telling about it?

His voting record is the most liberal of any senator. If you look closely, he is not just a socialist, but a marxist in his thinking. Is it slander to point that out? I think not.

His economic policies are nothing new. They were used at the time to launch the great depression of 17 years in America. Is it slander to point that out? He skewers how his taxes will effect the people making 42k or less because he does not include his plan to rescind the Bush tax cuts which when done will cost those making 42k and less much much more and will be in effect a huge tax raise to them.

He talks of cutting spending, yet his plans add 1 trillion dollars to an already deficit budget. Where is that going to come from?

He wants to sign a cap and trade treaty that will cause most industry to leave the nation and perhaps 30 million jobs. Is it slander to point this out? Is it slander to point out the lie of carbon fingerprints? Less than 2% of carbon fingerprints are caused by man. Yet we need to be taxed for carbon fingerprints?

So is it slander to point out that the mans own city is in issue, and he has done nothing to help it? Except the corrupt dealings with Tony Rezco (Sp). His corrupt past should not be brought up? Yet he speaks of Change and has changed nothing for the good in his lifetime. Wake up.
