Cory went to see Sarah Palin in Florida yesterday My went to see and hear Sarah Palin yesterday. He will vote for McCain/Palin because Obama is totally clueless and is a marxist and racist. Obama is so horrible on the economy and his cap and trade treaty agreement would cost millions of jobs in the united states. But to Cory who has greatly studied how an economy truly works he ended up leaving early even though she was 2 hours late in getting there. One after another all the speakers speak of regulations regarding businesses. They all speak they are for smaller government and then they all talk of regulations. For wallstreet etc. That has never been the answer. In America it is placed in our heads that big oil and big corporations are the problem. It could not be farther from the truth. Bigger government and regulations have killed Detroit Automotive which was once the greatest economy in the world. Each time a regulation hamstrings a company it ges passed on to us.They pass on the additional cost to the consumer. We havent built a new refinery in decades. France in that period has built many. In the 80's a democratic congress had its palms greased and stopped drilling within the USA. Our greatest resourse is oil and we cant even drill for it. Palin does want to drill. Good for her. The Government made from its taxes on gas 1.35 trillion dollars for doing nothing last year. Oil companies make 7 cents a gallon and a total of 500 million last year after shpping, refining shipping again. On top of this, Oil companies say in 15 months refineries can be built and driling could happen. Gas could be at $2 a gallon again. But guess what? Nancy Pelosi refused to even put it on a vote. These are people who say the answer is in a long term alternative fuel which is years away. At the same time, Oil is our countries biggest asset. Our major refineries in Houston and New Orleans which is the eye of hurricane alley. Its stupid. Back to Palin. She has good attributes. But she is like many thinking that government has answers. People need to be freeto fail or succeed and not be bailed out by the Government, when usually the failure comes from Government laws and regulations that handcuff businesses. Mitt Romney would have been the best choice by far.As President |

well I will ask his opinion. This country is full of dumb people. We have politicians that will not allow us to drill for our biggest asset. Oil. The Fair Tax would get rid of the irs. It would get rid of the 22% producers pay before we are taxed at 6-7% which puts it at 29% right now. So we would pay a consumption tax of 22% which is a 7% saving, and the people who buy the most (wealthy) and it would solve alot of ptoblems. as it is... who knows.

The movement is towards a global economy (which Obama and your main man mcCain both support--as they are both globalists). Unfortunately part of what is necessary for that is the US economy in the tank. Which is what is taking place.
