Gossupppppp

Gossip is storytelling of presumptions based on perhaps some facts and the stretching of something.

Relaying a concern is based on interactions with that person as well as corroborations with others that show that you are not the only person being told the same thing by them.

Gossip on the other hand is like someone accusing people of using other id's without anything to prove that. It is also accusing people of trying to destroy something without any evidence to the fact.
