what a blast from the past! I am in Charge of my class reunion in 2009. It will be my 35th. Funny part is I live in Florida and it is in Ohio. The other night I contacted 3 people. One classmate, Bill called me back after I had tried to call him. He told me he as almost afraid to call me because each time I call, someone has usually passed away and I was bringing the news. Memo to self: Call Bill more often just for the heck of it! We had a really good chat and it made me feel good that someone missed me from the past. The 2nd person I called was Ann. I hadnt spoken t her since graduation. Until a few years ago her and her husband had lived in Missouri. She was a staff supervisor of Nurses and he raised Horses. Trotters and thouroughbreds. A few years ago she recieved a huge promotion out in California. They bought a huge Farm and are living their dream. So good for them! The third person was a gal I had a huge crush on and was too shy to ask her out. She moved to my town in her Jr year. She tld me how ostracized she felt. From the outside looking in it seemed much different. We had a wonderful talk for 45 minutes. Her husband of 32 years and she live in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Thank You Lord for such a nice evening. |

Wow Dennis, That sounds GREAT!!! I graduated from a class of about 1500 and didn't know very many of them back then. I graduated a year early because, my mother wanted me and my older sister to graduate together. I took some classes in summer school and boy was I glad to get out. The school I went to had MANY RICH people there. They bought their kids CORVETTES to drive to school. My sister and I shared an old NOVA, don't remember the year but, we were really proud, we had a car at all. I don't keep in contact with anyone I went to school with and would not know anyone I graduated with so, HAVE AGREAT TIME!!!
