Please....In Jesus Name explain this stupidity! I just watched some of the most moronic and mislead speaking by Todd Bently. I have tried to watch some of the "god" TV to see what possibly anyone could get out of this. I just can not even respect anyyone that is watching all this false schenanigans. Someone tell me how God would tell you to knee a man in the stomach to be healed from type 4 colon cancer. Tell me? Tell me why this moron kicks a woman in the stomach so she can be healed? Roll on the floor and act like something is happening to him spiritually. Act like a mantally retarded man. You have to be emotionally unstable to even get into this. They screen people before they go up there to be prayed for to see if they are into the ministry. If not. They send them back. I saw a claim of a poor little boy in a wheelchair that he was healed, yet his mother had to hold him so he could even stand. His voice was like he had a speech impedimend. So if god healed his legs, he would not take care of the speech impediment? Yeah right. And he cant stand by himself? What kind of "god" is that. It bothers me to no end that a friend from big church buys into this total phoney baloney. The only act of God that will hit that place is a lighning bolt hitting Bentley and Strader. How pathetic. |

I have not watched this on television. It is all a hoax and the dramatics is strickly for television. I believe in God's healing but not when it is misused in this way. May God Bless You in ABUNDANCE

I could not believe it either Dennis, when I saw this man, it makes me sick to the stomach. How we need to cling to the word of God in these times and test all things... I don't know and don't understand but try to withhold judgment...I was speaking about something quite similar one time and got a gentle rebuke from a pastor friend that kind of stuck with me...."Jesus did many things in His time that seemed odd and strange to onlookers...think of what people thought of him when he spit on some mud and applied it to the blind man's eyes and healed him of his blindness. Couldn't He have just healed him without that?" I honestly don't have the answer here...I have questions like you; I pray God to enlighten us and show us if this is truly of Him and if He is being glorified in this. Not really disagreeing with you, just saying I truly don't know...and wondering if I might have also been one of those questioning Jesus when he spit in the mud and applied it to the man's eyes...sounds disgusting and unnecessary to me in my human sense...just something to consider. By the way hope you are having a good 4th of July...didn't end up going to the BC party...felt the need to have a calm, quiet day here. Dennis, I have seen alot of miracles take place that do not make sense yet long ago God showed me he can use anyone he wants anyway he wants and that so many people put God in a box.Smith Wigglesworth did alot of those same things and people were healed and the dead came back to life.If you're saying those healings are of satan then I would question someone coming very close to blasphemy of the Holy Spirit because its the spirit that manifests healings.Get out natural mindsets and natural understanding and get in the Spirit to see what really is happening.You are judging through your flesh and need to repent. What kind of miracles is God doing through you?You are imparting unbelief and threading a fine line. Stop judging everything in your flesh.I'm so concerned for you!!! Amen Netty Kristy I am concerned for people like you and Jean. Tossed by the wind and unstable. You both fall into the mindset of easily deceived. Go by experiences instead of what is scripturally acceptable. I have watched enough of what goes on there to know it is not God. I dont see Paul in the scriptures doing any of this looney and vilent stuff. Do you? Just show me a place where Peter or Paul is yaing on the ground laughing. Show me where Paul knees a man with cancer so he can be healed. Kicks a woman in the face. Do you see how stupid that is? I sure hope you can. It says that people will use the name of Jesus and that they will say did we not do signs and wonders....Depart from me, I never knew you. Wow, signs and woners and still depart. That means something good could happen in his name. Simon the scorcerer even tried that. So we go back to the scriptures. As a Christian , show me this stuff, where it happened? Falling backwards was a bad thing in the scriptures. It represented rebellion on the persons part. Falling forward meant that good things. Yet everyone falls backward. In Hindu services they have things happen. Id it from God. They have the same stuff when emotionally they reach Kundalini. It is much more represented in the Hindu religion what is going on than it even would resemble in Christianity. Like I said. Look at Paul and Peter. You will not find any nonsense like what goes on. If you did any study regarding this and brownsville and totonto you would know people were scammed by it and it was never real. Pentecost happened one time. It was the giving of the Holy Spirit to mankind. You will not find anything after that that comes close to that in the scriptures and you do not find the baptism of the Holy Spirit afte acts like it would be if indeed it was a needed second grace. Thats like sayinh just having Jesus is not enough. I assure you Kristy, I have had my share of experiences. I also have discernment and I know total BS when I see it. Kristy. The man is a mystic. He talks to dead people. Do you have one iota of a clue what the bible says about that? It speaks out strongly against it. Jesus never kicked or punched or kneed anyone to heal them. Dont you see how stupid that is. If you wish to counsel people you better get a much more level head to you. You can not presume things. You will not find in God's word the total BS going on there. Which is why you need to figure it out.
