 I dont agree with it at all, however some people are going to do what they are going to do. Its sad really. Much more would be accomplished if they spoke about morality and its virtues.

I agree with the comment made by verybusybee. Spiritually speaking, condoms not the best option-God is the real answer and solution.
Can't give them our God if we don't make some roads into their life.
Tough question. The bottom line is what God says:

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn form their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
