My Ideal Person
I am looking for someone to spend time with and perhaps develop a serious relationship. I would like someone to go out with-to church, hiking, to the movies, spend time at home, ect.. It does not always have to be quality time. I just want someone to be there.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
I am a convert to Catholicism for about 8 years. I find that I am pretty traditional and do not like big changes to the mass. I believe that faith is a personal relationship with God. Church is the gathering of people with similar relationships. Religion is a group of chuches with agreed doctrines. I believe that there is one God and He is the dame God of all religions. He came in different forms to talk to different types of people so that his message could be widespread. Therefore, all religions are acceptable that believe in some form of Him.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
There are no single important scriptures. The bible is a historical reference of how people answered questions about faith. It is a tool that can be used, but it cannot be taken out of the context that it is written.

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
A perfect setting would be a place where you could have fun, relax, and talk to each other.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in central Illinois. I have been to Russia and parts of Canada. I now live in Alaska and love it. I have visited parts of the state and want to see more.

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I am in a bowling league, though may average is bad. I am part of Life Ring, which is a women's support group. We do crafts, cook, eat, and talk at the church. I also love to read.

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I am a chemist at an environmental lab. I teach at the university in the evenings and take classes.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
I want to work for a travelling firm and visit part of this great world. I would alos like to be more involved in my church for Renew and RCIA since it helped me to become who I am.
