Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
I believe that God has faith in me. I know I have faith in him. He is my best friend, provider, counselor and teacher. I believe that Jesus died for my sins on the cross and that I am saved by grace alone.
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
I don't read the bible daily, but I do memorize various verses with my child. Most of them are from Proverbs, but here's one from the book of James.
"Let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger"
James 1:19
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
Must be with one who has similar value and belief systems.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in Denton, Texas......that's bout one hour north of Dallas. Moved to Charleston, West Virgina at the age of seventeen....then moved to Sanford, North Carolina to finish up high school. Lived there for about 3 years, then moved to Los Angeles. Boy, was that an experience. Only stayed for a year and that was plenty. There's more but we can talk about that later if ya want to. Favorite place to visit so far: Colorado mountains
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
Most of my time is spent in activities with my child. We do not attend church on a regular basis.
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
Just the normal stuff. Up in the morning, off to school and work, evening walk.....homework, extra activities depending on the day of the week, dinner and bed. Usually some TV before bedtime.
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
Just to be the best person I can be. Raise my child to be a good person who can be used by God to benefit others. Enjoy every day to the fullest. Learn the lessons that God puts before me each day as quickly as I can so he doesn't have to see me go round the same mountain over and over again.
