Most of my friends would say I have a shy personality until they know me and I know them. I teach 3 year olds in Sunday School. I have dated very little. I have been busy attending college for the last several years. I like to read in my spare time. I really enjoy TexMex food and Chinese food. I like movies and plays. I listen to all types of music. I enjoy sitcoms present and past. I am soon to graduate with a B.S. in education. (I am filling this out for a friend that is "dating" a guy in the Navy. About a month before he left, he started coming to her house. He has been gone for a year now and she still talks to him daily. Her parents and friends are very upset over this and would like her to meet someone who is a Christian. She has always felt that being a Christian is very important, but continues to be close friends to this guy and he is very different from her and her family. He is also of a very different religion. I am filling this out as her so that she might have a chance at a true Christian marriage.)

My Ideal Person
In the past she has always wanted a born again Christian husband, a faithful person who is wholesome. She has been interested in those who are fairly conseritive with their political beliefs. She does not like to be around smokers or drinkers.

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
I am filling this out for a friend who will not consider looking to the Internet for a date. She is "seeing" a military person that came into her life about a month before he left for boot camp. He was a regular friend but now he is calling her every day , several times a day and this is upsetting to her parents. This guy is not a Christian but is a nice person. This is really puting a strain on her family. I don't really know how likely she is to agree to meet someone else but do know that her family is hoping that someone local will come along to help her see that there are some real good Christians out there that are available. I know that this girl has never really dated and has been in college for quite some time. She has always wanted someone to come along that will go to church with her and fit in to her family. This person does not but I am afraid for her , I don't think that she knows enough about this guy but feel like she may settle for him thinking that there is no one else out there. I am not a premium member so don't know if I can be contacted at yahoo. i am athomp523.
