I know that God has great things in store for me. I look forward to each and every day . // I was my mother and daddy's baby girl, then I was a wife, a mother, then a granny. I married my high school sweetheart who died with cancer. So now I am just me again looking for those things that God has in store for me. It was hard to get adjusted and to understand why bad things happen to good Christian people, why one is taken and the other left. I love my church and the members there are my family. I am retired from the government but I work part-time to keep an active mind. I pray a lot because I have a definite belief that God watches over me and I really need that. I am not a fanatical Christian I don't think it hurts to miss church to sit outside and watch the sun set. I believe that a relationship should be 50/50.

My Ideal Person
I would like to meet someone who is a Christian and attends church regularly. Someone who is kind, gentle, enjoys life and who does not worry about every little thing. Someone to talk too, take walks with, someone who will hold my purse while I shop (just kidding I don't like to shop), go to movies with, attend church functions. The major quality I look for is someone who has a sense of humor and loves to laugh. Laughter cures all ills. I am not perfect and I am not looking for someone perfect. I am a big doer who will hunt, fish, camp, I love to cook, I even like to cut grass.
