My Ideal Person:
I am currently looking for friends to spend time with. My current friends are all much younger than I am and they are dispersing to the winds after college and I am finding myself alone al lot more than I would like to be. I don't really expect an internet friendship to evolve into a dateing relationship, but I would not totally discount it if God gets involved Any relationship I developed would only be to a sold out Christian man who would put God first and me second.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
There is no me without my faith. It is the cornerstone of who I am.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Isa 43:2 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. Isa 64:4 Since ancient times no one has heard, no ear has perceived, no eye has seen any God besides you, who acts on behalf of those who wait for him. NIV

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
Because God is the center of my world and life, a relationship that did not put God first would eventually end in resentment from the any guy who didn't understand why I would not put him first.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in a small town in the south right below the Alabama line. I had only been once to Chicago on holiday before when I flew to London to live for 7 months and teach special needs children. There, I was able to go to Scotland, Ireland, Wales, All over England, Italy, Paris, and the beaches of Normandy. I want to go back for more someday!!

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
At church I love singing and playing a flute in the choir. Outside of church I am in a middle ages reinactment society called the SCA where I do a lot of archery and camping.

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
Go to work (all day plus sometimes evenings) Come home (fix something to eat, read or watch a movie) Get on computer (for several hours usually) Go to bed (to sleep, perchance to dream ) :) Not an exciting life, but you should have asked me two months ago!!! LOL

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
PErsonal goals - to simply be the person God is molding me to be, oh wait, that would be my spiritual goals as well LOL!! To go where God tells me to go and to stop where God tells me to stop and to find peace in all circumstances (I am still working on that one :))
