My Ideal Person
Am interested in meeting someone who would enjoy spending time together doing simple things in life... walk the beach, count the stars, wander through the woods or taking a day trip here or there... popcorn and a movie... video and a blanket... dinner for two... dance... I'm a larger woman, who enjoys the company of a friend, who is also looking for someone to fill the quieter times... and would like to grow in friendship...

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
I have recently found a new church after being in a church with a minister that just didn't seem to give any feeling of Christ even being there... the new church has a minister that is so alive with love and the Lord's word that you know He is there and holding you wherever you are.

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
God has blessed me in so many ways and it would be difficult to share life with someone who doesn not share similar beliefs.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
Born and raised in Boston area with summers at the lake in NH. Traveled with military spouse from CA to ME to MA and to Spain, ending up here in MD. I have been to Bermuda twice and love it, but would enjoy visiting Europe again some day.

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I have not gotten very active in the new church but do enjoy the weekly services and some of the programs they have. I enjoy quiet times at the beach, the mountains, and just taking daytrips to nowhere in particular, although have been to Baysox games, dances for singles, and t-ball and soccer games for grandkids...

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
Up at 5 and off to work by 630 to get to the office by 730... and off at 430... swimming aerobics twice a week, church midweek, and just relax at home in the evenings... crash about 11, which should be earlier, but I am a tv-a-holic and enjoy some of the later night shows

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
Retirement will come later than most because I stayed at home for the kids, when they were little... So about 10 yrs to go. Would like to move up the chain a little but I leave that to God to bless me, as he seems fit... I am trying to walk closer with Him by letting go of the sins in my life, but we all have to learn and it is a lifetime of learning.
