Most of my friends and family would say that I have an easy-going, outspoken personality. People know my true feelings if they ask. I am very involved in my church with Mission Partners, Choir and our Shepherding program. I enjoy volunteering with the children in our grade school whenever possible. I am currently taking a Spanish course so that I can communicate with more of our customers at work. In my spare time I love playing with my dog, biking, quilting and a good movie or book every once in awhile.
My Ideal Person:
I like meeting new people, but my real reason for being on the site is to establish a strong friendship that God willing may end up in marriage. My feelings on children are if God wants me to be blessed with a child, he will allow it. If not, my nieces and nephews will have to do! I like my date to be old fashioned as far as roles of men and women as laid out in the Bible. Some people don't understand that concept, but I think we all have roles that need to be filled.
Favorite television shows:
CSI, Law & Order, Third Watch, Two and a half Men
Favorite films:
Platoon, Schindler's List
Favorite musicians or bands:
Josh Groban

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith is an ongoing struggle. I am very involved at my church and go to two different Bible classes. I know Christ is the answer to all of our problems, I just have to figure out the right questions to ask!
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
We are not to be "yoked" with unbelievers. Marriage is difficult enough, fellowship with your spouse will illiminate one of those difficulties.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in Milwaukee, WI. I have traveled to many different places, but have not seen many places because the traveling was limited and strictly for work. Although I have been to Denver, CO many times for an actual vacation! I loved it!
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I love to volunteer with the children at our church. It is so fun to hear what they think about things.
I also love to go to the dog park with my dog. She loves to tell other dogs who is boss, but she is all talk and not much action!
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
My typical day lately has been going to work, going to school, going to church and coming home to collapse. That will be ending in May, thankfully!
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
My personal goal is to be able to design quilts and sell them.
My spiritual goal is to have a strong faith that I can share with others without struggling with what the Bible says about things or where it says it!
