Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
Extremely important. I moved about quite a few times and selection of a Bible believing church was very important. I have been an E.U.B., a United Methodist, an American Baptist, and now I am a Nazarene. Each church was selected after hearing the Bible teachings, the location was close and in the neighborhood, and where we felt very welcome. I gave my life to Jesus as a teenager and He has been my Master and Friend , guiding my life, and will continue to do so.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
JOHN 3:16, MATTHEW 5:44 helped me through the divorce, and there are many other scripture favorites.

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
My parents were Christians ,as were my grandparents. I was taught Bible stories as a child and as an adult have enjoyed Bible Study Fellowship as a weekly study. Why is it important? I don't know any better way to live.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up on the farm and I have returned to live in the same house. Dad built most of the house and the other buildings. It's still a fun place. I have not seen all of the U.S.(yet), I have been to Europe twice, seeing England, France, Holland, Ireland, Wales, Scotland, Switzerland and Germany. I loved Wales, Germany and you can't beat having Tea and biscuits in the English country side. The sheep were beautiful in the green pastures.

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
Volunteer work where ever they need me; Teaching, sewing costumes, working in the nursery, going on the Mexico mission trips as the nurse. In my younger days I was the Migrant Nurse for the county. I work for Samaritan's Purse in Boone, N.C. examining the Christmas Shoe Boxes (for the last 5 years) and sew for a mission in Haiti.

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
What is a routine? I don't have a routine.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
I want to remain a giving person and be able to serve others. To be a witness for my Lord and Savior. My final goal is to meet my Heavenly Father.
