My Ideal Person
I would like to develop a serious relationship that eventually leads to marriage. There has to be a certain amount of chemistry but your differences should compliment each other. God made men and women different for a reason.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
It is who I am. I've went through some tough times in my life. It got to the point that God was the only place left to turn. I'll never forget or forsake him.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, nothing will be impossible for you. Matthew 17:20

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
Because I don't think that your life will ever quite work out without God in it. All of the divorces in the world are proof of that.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up mostly in Mo. My stepfather was in the air force so we moved around about every 2 years. I've also lived in Fla, Ma, and on Guam. I've always wanted to go to Hawaii. We had a layover at the airport from Guam-It was so beautiful. Even the air smelled different. I would someday like to visit all the places that I've lived as a kid.

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
We have a live band at church with contemporary christian music. There's no way to not be lifted up when you sing it. I have a deep love for music. I love anything from christian, to country, to rock (James Taylor, The Eagles, Randy Travis.) My grandfather played the fiddle all his life (by ear)-I sure do miss that.

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I work 3rd shift at a local factory. It's very stressful both mentally and physically. I work from 11:30pm to 7:30 am Sun-Thurs. I just about get rested up and it's time to go back.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
I hope to one day find the man to grow old with. I want to learn how to quilt and do applique on clothing. I want to have more time to actually enjoy life while helping those who are less fortunate. Once a mother, always a mother-I just love little kids. I have great compassion for the elderly also. I know what it feels like to be alone.
