My Ideal Person
Of course, we'd all like to be able to go out today and run into the one we've been waiting for…however, for some of us, it may take a bit more effort than that. At this point in my life, I am looking for friendship and if that leads to relationship, I feel that I would be ready for that. The choice is up to the Lord and I trust He will influence my heart and soul on this.

The song “Fearless Love” on the Fundamental CD by Bonnie Raitt says something about what I'm thinking - "skipping stones across the great unknown, safe at water's edge". It's about taking a chance on , for, and with each other. However, before that, there has to be friendship that leads to perhaps taking a chance on something more. Hopefully, God will bring that one to me that is a companion, lover, strong, fun, perceptive, thoughtful, courageous, and truly devoted. I believe that it is important to attend church, worship, read the Bible, and pray for and with each other. Being able to respect each other as individuals and desire companionship with one another while putting God first is essential to a lasting relationship.
